The SALSA Solution Workshop is a one-day seminar customized to your organization, designed to add picante to your group and the individuals within in.

Participants identify with the parable of The SALSA Solution, and learn the importance of five key principles:

• Having a dream  
  
• Committing to lifelong learning
  
• Joining with others
  
• Taking a leap of faith
  
• Giving back to life

They apply these principles to both their personal lives and to the organization, setting specific goals and creating action plans for improvement.

The afternoon is devoted to learning and practicing the two primary skills that make SALSA a reality:

• Career and life phase analysis (as explained in our Dormido Virus parable), and learning how to stay “at the top of your game”
  
  
• SALSA communication skills so you are better able to stay real with other people, get what you need in any relationship, and handle conflict skillfully
